Ruby Nell Rider Dispain

Ruby Nell Rider Dispain, age 75 of Clermont, passed away on Monday, June 23, 2014 at her residence following an extended illness.


Funeral services are scheduled for Wednesday, June 25, 2014 at 1:00 pm in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home with interment to follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Pastor Terry Cohran and Pastor David Whited will officiate. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, June 24, 2014 from 5 - 8 pm at the funeral home.

Mrs. Dispain was born March 7, 1939 in Gainesville, Georgia to Tom Rider and Gaynell Hicks Rider. She was a homemaker and a member of Buford Church Fellowship. Ruby was preceded in death by her mother, Gaynell Hicks Rider, her husband, Harvey Junior Dispain, her daughter, Janet Fay Stowers and her brothers, Henry Hoyt Rider and James Lewis "J.L." Rider.

Mrs. Dispain is survived by her children, Teresa & David Gee of Pendergrass, Lesa & Freddie Williams, II of Gainesville and Mirinda Gay Dispain (Reid) of Cleveland, grandchildren, April Gee (Eddie) Harder of Watkinsville, Stephen (Linda) Gee of Gainesville, Andrew Scott (Andrea) Gee of Winder, Freddie (Brandi) Williams III of Auburn, Joshua Williams, Brett Williams, Preston Williams, Melessa Williams, all of Gainesville, Kevin (Amy) Stowers of Gainesville, Kayleigh (Heath) Neal and Kelsey (Jacob) McGuire, both of Cleveland, great-grandchildren, Azlynn Harder, Jaycee Harder, both of Watkinsville, Luci Gee of Gainesville, Emilyn Gee of Winder, Caleb Williams, Bethany Williams, both of Auburn, Brianna Stowers, Owen Stowers, both of Gainesville, Rayland Neal, Reese McGuire, FayLynn McGuire, Tinsley-Grace McGuire and Faith McGuire, all of Cleveland, sisters, Marie Tomlin, Glenda Stancil and Agnes LaPointe and brothers, Charles Rider, Lynn Rider, Melvin Rider, William Rider and Vernon Rider.
