Chester H. "Chet" Walden, age 69 of Dacula, GA, died suddenly Friday, June 20, 2014. Funeral service will be held Monday, June 23, 2014 at 11:00 AM at Hamilton Mill United Methodist Church. Dr. David Davis will officiate. Interment will follow at Broadlawn Memorial Gardens. The Family will receive Friends Sunday, June 22, 2014 from 3-6 PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers the Family request contributions be made to outofdarkness.org. Mr. Walden is survived by his wife, Vida Walden, Dacula. Children, Chuck Walden and wife, Lori, Dacula, Nancy Carlton and husband, Larry, Dacula. Grandchildren, Ashleigh Walden, Chris Walden, Bryce Carlton and Bennett Carlton. Sisters, Linda Hayes and husband, Mike, FL, Denise McGee and husband Butch, SC and Janet Morgan, SC. Several nieces and nephews. Chet was born in Greenville, SC and lived in the Atlanta area the past 37 years. He was self-employed as a Merger and Acquisition Broker. He was active in The International Business Brokers Association and Past Chairman of Merger and Acquisition Source for 2011-12 and was a member of Hamilton Mill United Methodist Church.
