Lloyd Lester 'Binky' Finley

Mr. Lloyd Lester "Binky" Finley, age 60 of 3067 Nub Garland Road, Toccoa, Georgia passed away Saturday, June 14, 2014.

A son of the late Joe Lester and Mildred Rudeseal Finley, he was born June 30, 1953 in Stephens County, Georgia where he lived most of his life. He was employed with Norfolk-Southern Railroad for a number of years and served in the Georgia National Guard. He was of the Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by six brothers, Frank, Larry, Bobby, Jimmy, Joe and Randall Finley and by a sister, Joy Hammacher.

Survivors include a son, Kris Finley of South Carolina; four sisters and brothers-in-law, Carolyn and Harold Holbrooks of Eastanollee, Georgia, Linda and Joe Powell of Toccoa, Georgia, Sandra and Dave McGlumphy of Chattanooga, Tennessee and Betty and Joe Fitts of Roswell, Georgia; and a number of nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be Thursday, June 19, 2 O'clock PM at Lakeview Baptist Church Cemetery with the Reverend George Dean officiating. The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers, Donnie Holbrooks, Randy Finley, Jackie Finley, Stacey Chastain, Robert Hewitt, Terry Powell and Mark Haddock.

The family will be at their respective homes and will receive friends at the Acree-Davis Funeral Home on Wednesday from 7 PM to 9 PM.

Interment will follow in Lakeview Baptist Church Cemetery with the Acree-Davis Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements for Mr. Lloyd Lester "Binky" Finley.
