Jeff T. Hamilton

Mr. Jeff T. Hamilton, age 50, of Buford, Georgia, passed away Sunday, June 15 at Peachtree Christian Hospice in Duluth.




Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 am Wednesday, June 18, 2014 at Prince of Peace Catholic Church in Flowery Branch. The family will receive friends 6 to 8 pm Tuesday, June 17, 2014 at the funeral home with the prayer service to begin at 7:00 pm following the visitation.



Jeff was born September 11, 1963 in Mobile, Alabama the son of the late Curtis Hamilton and Gwen (Maddox) Hamilton. He was a member of Prince of Peace Catholic Church.



He is survived by his loving wife Shannon (Neal) Hamilton of Buford; sons, Ryan Hamilton and Shawn Hamilton of Buford; brother and sister-in-law, Bobby and Cindy Hamilton of Flowery Branch; sister and brother-in-law, Rhonda and Ronnie Johnson of Evergreen, Alabama and a number of nieces and nephews also survive.
