Austin Gregory Sprayberry

Austin Gregory Sprayberry, age 19, of Mt. Airy, Georgia passed away on Sunday, June 8, 2014.




Austin was born on November 28, 1994 in Gainesville, Georgia. He was a member of Fairfield Baptist Church, where he served as an usher. Austin was a 2013 graduate of Habersham Central High School and presently a student at North Georgia Technical College. He was former Drum Major for the Band of Blue at Habersham Central High School. Austin was the Ambassador for Relay for Life.




Survivors include his parents, Greg and Lisa Sprayberry, Mt. Airy, GA; sister, Lexie Sprayberry, Mt. Airy, GA; grandparents, Ron and Karen Sprayberry, Cornelia, GA, Raymond and Yvonne Rudeseal, Mt. Airy; great grandmother, Bernice Dokter, Cornelia, GA; aunts and uncles, Mike and Tammie Gerrin, Clarkesville, GA, Brad and Mitzi Donaldson, Alto, GA, Deral and Gina Rudeseal, Mt. Airy, GA, Brent and Angela Banks, Clarkesville, GA; also survived by several cousins.




Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 11, 2014, at Fairfield Baptist Church, Demorest, Georgia with Rev. Keith Allison and Evangelist David Nix. Interment will follow in Victory Baptist Church Cemetery.




The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 2-4 p.m. and 6-9 p.m. on Tuesday, June 10, 2014
