Alexander Funeral Home of Cleveland announces the death of Mrs. Annie Lee Adams, age 99 of Cleveland. Mrs. Adams passed away Sunday, June 8, 2014., Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00pm, Wednesday, June 11, 2014 in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Garry Hefner and Rev. James Harper officiating. Interment will follow in Zion Interdenominational Church Cemetery . Annie was born on Christmas Day, 1914, in Robertstown, Ga to the late Benjiman Caudell and Carrie Robinson Caudell and was one of 15 children .She married to Hubert Adams in 1931, and they had three children,. She was a homemaker and enjoyed sewing, cooking, gardening. She had a great sense of humor and a strong faith. Annie was a loving mother and grandmother, sister and friend. She devoted 24 years to the care of her son Billy after a car accident left him paralyzed . Annie Lee attended Cleveland Holiness Church and Zion Interdenominational Church. In addition to her parents Annie is preceded in death by her husband, Hubert Adams, son Billy Adams, daughter, Ann Edith Edwards , grandson, Mark Edwards and great grandson, Matthew Evans

She is survived by her son, Hubert Adams, Jr. (Louise) of White Hall , AR; Grandchildren include Faith Anderson of Flowery Branch, Graham Edwards, Gainesville, Kristina Edwards, Atlanta, Mike Adams ( Kathleen) Sheridan, AR. Debbie Evans ( Bruce), White Hall, AR. Jerry Adams, Cleveland , Diane Ashcraft (Mark) of Richmond, KY, great grandchildren include Erin and Lindsey Anderson, Jesse and Kimberley Edwards, Jonathon Evans (Tiffany), Katelyn and Zach Adams , Emily Adams, Sarah and Anna Grace Ashcraft, Great great grandchildren, Caroline and Madelyn Evans. Flowers will be acknowledged or memorial donations may be made to the White County Senior Center, 1239 Helen Hwy, Cleveland, Georgia 30528. Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00pm, Wednesday, June 11, 2014 from the funeral home chapel with Rev. Garry Hefner and Rev. James Harper officiating , interment will follow in Zion Interdenominational Church Cemetery
