Debra Peppers Tormey, age 60, of Buford, GA, passed away on Tuesday, June 3, 2014. She was preceded in death by her father, Howard Peppers, Sr., and her husband, Keith Parker. She is survived by her sons, Jesse Shelton, Milledgeville, GA and Jeremy Shelton, LaGrange, GA; mother, Mary Leming, Sugar Hill, GA; sisters, Linda Perdue, Cumming, GA, Sandra Corbin, Waleska, GA, Judy Corbin, Buford, GA, Sue Asher, Buford, GA and Peggy Moles, Waleska, GA; brother, Junior Peppers, Buford, GA; stepchildren, Nancy Steptoe, Katie Bierman and Reba Parker Smith; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Ms. Tormey was born April 20, 1954 in Buford, GA. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, June 6, 2014 in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Rev. Morris Shadburn officiating.
