Thomas Bielski

Thomas Bielski, 62, of Cumming, GA died Saturday, May 31, 2014.
He was born to the late Robert and Lorraine Bielski in Milwaukee, WI on July 13, 1951. Tom graduated from Oak Creek High School in 1969 and went on to receive his B.A. in Communication from the University of WI - Milwaukee. He married Cindy in 1984 and lived in Honey Creek, WI until their move to Cumming, GA in 1997.
Tom retired from General Motors and went on to pursue his lifelong dream of being a musician. He graduated from the bass guitar program at the Atlanta Institute of Music and Media and for a short time played with Mr. Blue Roads band.
Tom is survived by his loving wife, Cindy, his children, Sarah and Samuel Bielski of Cumming, GA, and Lauren Sullivan of WI as well as seven brothers and sisters; Mark Bielski of Dawsonville, GA , Jan Rios, Peggy Ugowski, Robert Bielski, Rick Bielski, Lori Olson and Kurt Bielski , all of WI.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made to The Forsyth County Humane Society or the VH1 Save the Music Foundation.
Visitation will be at 12:00pm Friday, June 6, 2014 with a service at 1:00pm at McDonald and Sons Funeral Home in Cumming, GA.
