Sharon Elaine Mills, 64, Cary, NC, formerly of Gainesville, GA, passed away on Saturday May 24, 2014 after a brief illness.
She was a devoted member of White Plains United Methodist Church of Cary, NC, from 2005 to the present. Prior to her time in North Carolina, she was a long time member of First Baptist Church of Gainesville, GA. She is preceded in death by her parents, George G. Mills, and Frances F. Mills.
Sharon is survived by her siblings, Deborah M. Brown (Larry) of Raleigh, NC, Claudia M. Pirkle (Kip) of Hendersonville, NC, and Michael F. Mills (Ashley) of Flowery Branch, GA. She has many beloved aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held Saturday May 31, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. in the Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Little & Davenport Funeral Home, Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m.
