Juan Carlos Salazar, Jr.

Juan Carlos Salazar, Jr., age 16 of Gainesville, passed away on Thursday, May 22, 2014 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center following a sudden illness.

Funeral services are scheduled for Sunday, May 25, 2014 at 11:00 am at Church of the Living God, 3445 Mabry Road, Gainesville, with interment to follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Pastor Mateo Rebollar and Pastor Rodolph Rebollar will officiate. The family will receive friends on Saturday, May 24, 2014 from 6 - 9 at the Church.

Mr. Salazar was born July 4, 1997 in Gainesville, Georgia to Juan Carlos Salazar, Sr. and Amelia Salgado. He was a student at East Hall High School and was a member of Church of the Living God.

Mr. Salazar is survived by his parents, Juan Salazar and Amelia Salgado of Gainesville and his brothers, Ignacio and Alejandro Salazar, both of Gainesville.
