Betty O Tribble, age 81, of Canton, Georgia, passed away May 23, 2014. Betty was born and raised in Cherokee County and a member of the Friendship Baptist Church in Cumming, Georgia.

Betty was a banker in Cumming, Georgia for over 30 years until she retired in 1993. After retirement Betty enjoyed many wonderful years in the Lathemtown community near family and friends with her devoted loving husband, Lamar Tribble, who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her parents, Sam and Mae Orr; brother, Sidney Orr; sister, Wansley Bramblett.

Betty is survived by brothers and their spouses, Bill and Bobbie Orr, and Charles and Donna Orr; brother-in-law, Ben Ed Bramblett; sons and daughters-in-law, David and Dr. Vickie Tribble, and Tony and Judy Tribble; grandchildren, Shannon Tribble and wife Andrea, Erika Mitchell and husband Adam, Bobby Thornton, Stephanie Westmoreland and Leah Forsyth; great grandchildren, Samantha Mitchell, Stone Tribble, Zander Tribble, Brittany Williard and Zachary Westmoreland; numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives also survive.

The family wishes to thank Penny Mullins, her caregiver, for the love, devotion and comfort provided over the past few years.

Funeral Services will be held Sunday, May 25, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. in the Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ricky Byrd and Rev. Lee Gaddis officiating. John Bramblett will deliver a eulogy. Interment will follow at Sawnee View Gardens. The family will
