Albert Troy Phillips, Sr

Evans Funeral Home announces the death of Mr. Albert Troy Phillips, Sr., 87, of Hoschton, Georgia, who passed away on Friday, May 16, 2014.

Mr. Phillips was born in Bellaire, Ohio a son of the late Troy Phillips and the late Opel Brock Dean. Mr. Phillips retired as a Foreman from Wheeling-Pittsburg Steel Corporation with more than 30 years of service. Mr. Phillips and his wife moved to the Hoschton Area over 20 years ago.

Mr. Phillips was preceded in death by his parents and a son, William Statzer.

A private Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date.

Survivors include his wife, Lelah Faye Phillips, Hoschton, Georgia, daughters, Karen Iler, Piney Fork, Ohio, Pauline Best, Jefferson, Georgia, Pam Fulton, Cadiz, Ohio, son, Albert Troy Phillips, Jr., Mingo Junction, Ohio, 9 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
