Internment Alta Vista Cemetery 501 Jones Street Gainesville, Georgia 30501. Visitation Monday, May 12,2014 at Young's Funeral Home from 1:00-5:00pm. Wake Monday, May 12, 2014 @Antioch Baptist Church 1010 Mill Street, Gainesville, GA 30501 from 6:00-8:00pm.

Mr. Otha Lee Brown "Head" was born May 8, 1945 in Gainesville, Georgia to the late Mr. Robert Brown and Mrs. Hattie Brown. He went to be with the Lord on Tuesday May 6, 2014.

Mr. Brown attended Gainesville City public schools. He worked as a mechanic at a local service station for several years. He also became a caregiver for his mother until he was called home.

He was preceded in death by his father Robert Brown, brothers Nathaniel Brown, Michael Brown and sister Annie Lois Whelchel.

Otha leaves to cherish his memories three daughters; Sharon Hood,
Atlanta,GA, Gloria Wheeler Moore , Winder, GA, and Rena Harris ,Atlanta, GA, mother; Hattie Brown, Gainesville, GA; sisters; Constance Bray, George Ann Stolden ,Gainesville, GA; brother-in-law, Roosevelt Stolden, Gainesville, GA; sister-in-law, Viola Childers ,Gainesville, GA; six grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; three aunts; Ellen Cheeks, Alice Mae Watson, and Annie Williams; one uncle, Willie B. Watkins; special cousins; Mary Alice Harris ,Carolyn Mize and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
