Caroline Rachels Church

Caroline Rachels Church died at Northeast Georgia Medical Center on Saturday, May 3, 2014, following a brief illness.



Survivors include her husband, Rev. Larry G. Church; daughter and son in law, Laura Caroline and Glenn Berger; grandchildren, Jacob Alexander Berger and Olivia Caroline Berger; son, Stephen Alexander Means, deceased; four stepchildren, Renee Lazenby of Myrtle Brach, SC, Ryan Church of Normal, IL, Dr. Ryder Church of Peoria, IL and Rachelle Legg of Orlando, FL and many friends. Her dearest friend, closer than a sister, is Sue Dean of Kennesaw.



Caroline was a psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. She had her own private practice, Restore Psychiatric Services in Gainesville.



Her memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 10, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. at the Unity Church of Gainesville, 3415 Stancil Road, where she was a member.



In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be sent to Nurses and Allied Health Scholarship Fund, c/o Medical Center Foundation, 2150 Limestone Pkwy, Suite 115, Gainesville, GA 30501, in the name of Caroline Church.
