Grace Nell Pepper Roberts

Grace Nell Pepper Roberts, 80, of Gillsville passed away peacefully at her home on Sunday May 4, 2014 following an extended illness.


Funeral services will be held Wednesday May 7, 2014 at 2pm from the chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home with the Rev. Earl Pirkle and Rev. Marshall Dale officiating. Interment will follow in Pine Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 5pm-8pm at the funeral home.

Grace was born in Hall County on October 6, 1933 to the late George and Maggie Pepper. Grace was a very special person who loved everyone she met and was a wonderful mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She loved to cook, spend time with her family and travel. She was a member of Pine Grove Baptist Church and was a baptized Christian.

Grace was preceded in death by her late husband Milton Reidling, niece Teena Pepper, and brother-in-law J.C. Dale. Survivors include her husband of 60 years, Jobie Roberts of Gillsville, daughters and husbands Patricia and Curtis Collins of Oakwood, Dianne and Dr. Crandall Autry of Gainesville, son and wife Scotty and Ellie Roberts of Flowery Branch, grand sons Stacy Collins, Jarrard Autry, Tyler, Jordan, and Chase Roberts and Joey Nidoy, granddaughters Kristy Slaton, Pepper Roper and Katie Roberts. She left behind six great grandchildren. She also leaves behind a sister Lucille Dale and two brothers and their wives Donald and Brenda Pepper and Wendall and Sarah Pepper. She loved them all very much.

Her family would like to thank the following for their compassionate care during our mothers illness. Dr. Gentin, Dr. Manekar, Davita Dialysis, Northeast Georgia Hospice, and a very special caregiver Jackie Dale.
