Alma 'Judy' Jackson

Funeral services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Friday April 18, 2014 in Ward's Funeral Home Chapel for Alma "Judy" Jackson, 77, of Talmo. The Rev. Mark Mullinax will officiate. Interment will be in Talmo Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Ms. Jackson passed away Wednesday, April 16, 2014. Ms. Jackson was born October 21, 1936 to the late Howard Grady and Pauline Ledford Jackson. She was of the Baptist faith and was preceded in death by her sisters, Sara Frances Jackson and Willene Hudgins. Survivors include brother and sister in law, Howard "Buddy" and Nina Jackson, Gillsville; sister, Mary Jackson Lopez, Gainesville; 12 nieces and nephews and several great nieces, nephews and other relatives. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or American Kidney Foundation.
