Norma Joyce Blackburn Kelly

Mrs. Norma Joyce Blackburn Kelly, age 78 of Yearwood Street, Toccoa, Georgia passed away Tuesday, April 8, 2014 at the Heritage Healthcare in Toccoa.

A daughter of the late Norman Worth and Dollie Mae Mealor Blackburn, she was born December 10, 1935 in Stephens County, Georgia where she lived all her life. She was a homemaker, loved going to the beach and was of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Kelly.

Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Kathy and Jimmy Carpenter of Toccoa, Georgia; three sons and daughters-in-law, Larry and Teresa Kelly of Toccoa, Georgia, Mike and Kay Kelly of Mount Airy, Georgia and Steven Kelly of Toccoa, Georgia; five grandchildren, Crystal Farmer, Kayla Wirth, Timothy Kelly, Jeremiah Heaton and Toni Kelly; six great-grandchildren; two sisters, Jeanette Brewington of Oxford, Alabama and Glenda Turner of Winston Salem, North Carolina.

Graveside services will be Wednesday, April 9, 2014, 2 O'clock PM at the Mount Airy City Cemetery with the Reverend Jerrell Beatty officiating. The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers, Jimmy Carpenter, Brett Brewington, J.D. Heaton, Mike Kelly, Larry Kelly and Steven Kelly.

The family will be at the home of Larry and Teresa Kelly, 121 Nassau Street, Toccoa,
Georgia.

Interment to follow in the Mount Airy City Cemetery with the Acree-Davis Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements for Mrs. Joyce Blackburn Kelly.
