Royce Lee Beck Jr

Royce Lee Beck Jr., age 69, of Dahlonega, GA died Wednesday, April 2, 2014 at his home following an extended illness.

Mr. Beck was born in Dalton, GA December 8, 1944. He lived most of his life in the Dahlonega area. He was a retired poultry worker and attended Brown's Chapel Church in Lumpkin County.

He was the son of the late Royce Lee Beck Sr. and Hazel Louise Mincey Beck and was also preceded in death by a brother, Ronnie Leon Beck.

Mr. Beck is survived by his wife, Pam Beck, Dahlonega, GA; children, Lee Beck, Cleveland, GA, Tammy Lee Beck, Winder, GA, Melissa Kimberly, Oakwood, GA, Wade Ledbetter, Dahlonega, GA, Jasmine Ledbetter, Dahlonega, GA, and Devin Walls, Dahlonega, GA; brothers and sister-in-law, Frankie Beck, Between, GA, David and Becky Beck, Chatsworth, GA; sisters and brothers-in-law, Adene and James Shook, Ellijay, GA, Brenda and Junior Evans, Murrayville, GA, and Martha Sue Beck, Chamblee, GA; grandchildren, Alexis Beck, Connor Kimberly, Cason Kimberly, and Kayla Munoz. Numerous other relatives also survive.

A memorial service for Mr. Beck is scheduled for 1 PM Saturday, April 19, 2014 at Brown's Chapel Church in Lumpkin County. Rev. Junior Evans will officiate.

The family will receive friends at the church following the memorial service.
