Cloys Presley

Alexander Funeral Home of Cleveland announces the death of Mr. Cloys Presley age 72 of Cleveland. Mr. Presley passed away Friday, April 4, 2014. Born in White County on February 18, 1942, Cloys was the son of the late William Jay "W.J." Presley and Edith Humphries Presley. He had spent his entire life in White County working with Ames Textile, a self employed truck driver and contractor, the last position he held was as a security guard at Mountain Lakes Resort. Cloys was a longtime member of New Bridge Baptist Church.

He is survived by his daughter, Sheila Sanders (Steve) of Cleveland, sons, Ronnie Presley (Angie) of Nashville, TN., and Danny Presley of White House,TN.; brother, Hoyal Presley (Judy) of Helen; grandchildren, Jona and Stephanie Robinson, Andrea Robinson, Peyton Robinson, Tristin Robinson and Kamron Robinson; great grandchildren, Serena Robinson, Dalton Robinson, and Jona Robinson Jr.; great great son, Carson Presley as well as his niece, Shanna Wilkes.
Funeral services are scheduled for 2:30pm, Sunday, April 6, 2014 in the funeral home chapel with Chaplain Maitland LaForce and Rev. John Humphries officiating. Interment will follow in Gateway Memory Park.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home of Saturday evening from 6 to 8pm
