James Daniel McCaleb

James Daniel McCaleb, 53, of Dahlonega, GA passed away Thursday, March 20, 2014 from injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident. He was veteran of the United States Navy where he served in the Sea Bee's. He was a member of the Blue Mountain Masonic Lodge. He loved to fish and study the Civil War.



He is preceded in death by his father, James Sherman McCaleb.



He is survived by his mother, Edna Louise McCaleb of Dahlonega, GA; brothers, Keith and Lisa McCaleb of Dahlonega, GA, Scott McCaleb of Dahlonega, GA; sister, Geanne-Marie McCaleb and Steve Brantley of Mansfield, LA.; nephews and niece, Ryan, Jessica, and Ben. And several other relatives.



Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, March 27, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at the Dahlonega Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Georgia National Cemetery, Canton, GA with full Military Honors.
