Janet Parks Gearin

Janet Parks Gearin , 70 of Murrayville, went home to be with her Lord on March 21, 2014.

Mrs. Gearin worked for United Hospice in Gainesville, Ga and had a bachelors degree from Free Chapel International Bible College in the study of theology in Gainesville, Ga.

She is survived by her loving husband of 51 years, Kenneth Homer Gearin; her children Jeff (Jennifer) Gearin of Clermont Ga, special friend Tracy Cash of Mt. Airy, Ga, grandchildren Cory Gearin of Clermont, GA, Courtney Gearin of Clermont, Ga, Kaitlin Dunn of Clermont, GA, Melinda Patrick of Clermont, Ga; sister Judy (David) Moore of Dahlonega, Ga; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She is preceded by her parents James and Bonnell Parks of Murrayville, GA and sister Rose Thilges of Canton, Ga.

Funeral Services will be held on Sunday March 23rd, 2014 at Dahlonega Funeral Home, interment will follow at Mt. Olive Baptist Church Cemetery. Keith Reems, Kevin Woody, and Danny Jarrard will officiate.

The family will receive friends on Saturday March 22nd, 2014 from 2:00pm to 8:00 p.m. and Sunday from 10:00am until time of service at the funeral home.
