Pat Ledger

Pat Ledger, age 79, of Dawsonville, GA died Thursday, March 20, 2014.

Born in Indiana, Pat spent the last 25 years in Dawsonville. She was a retired secretary for the Dawson County Chamber of Commerce, and of the Christian Faith.

The daughter of the late Arthur and Martha Smith Morris, Pat was also preceded in death by her daughter, Billie Kay Coker; granddaughter, Melanie Leigh Coker; great grandson, Christopher Allen Dover; sisters, Evelyn Kelser and Linda Hawk; and brother, Norman Morris.

Pat is survived by sons and daughters-in-law, Mark and Connie Morris, Cartersville, GA; William Lee and Christian Coker, Dawsonville, GA; David and Annette Coker, Hahira, GA; Gary and Crystal Coker, Dawsonville, GA; Brian and Shelby Coker, Gainesville, GA; daughters and sons-in-law, Tonnie and Larry Cates, Dawsonville, GA; Tina Warren and Bill Mullinax, Cleveland, GA; brothers and sisters-in-law, Andy and Lottie Morris, Maryland; Steve and Norina Morris, Kokomo, IN; sister, Betty Charlene Luckey, Kokomo, IN; sisters and brothers-in-law, Ruth and Jerry Gootee, Bedford, IN; Mary and Orville Flowers, Waleska, GA; Faith and Roger Thompson, Tucson, AZ; son-in-law, Rodney Harper I and grandson, Rodney Harper II, Tampa, FL. 16 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, one great great grandchild, and a number of other relatives also survive.

Funeral services for Pat are scheduled for 2 PM Sunday, March 23, 2014 at the Banister Funeral Home Chapel in Dahlonega, GA.

Rev. Mark Biddy will officiate.

Interment will follow in the Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at Banister Funeral Home in Dahlonega, GA on Friday, March 21, 2014 from 4 PM until 9 PM, all day on Saturday March 22, and again on Sunday, March 23 until the time of service.
