Memorial services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Friday March 21, 2014 in Wards Funeral Home Chapel for Jimmie "Bo" Meeks, age 50, of Gainesville. The Rev. Jeff Worley will officiate. The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Mrs. Meeks passed away Saturday March 15, 2014.
Mrs. Meeks was born in Hall County to the late Carlton Heaton and Faye Grizzle Heaton. She was preceded in death by her brother, Ricky C. Heaton. Bo and her husband Timmy were married for 32 years before both going home to the Lord on the same day.
Survivors include daughters and sons in laws, Amber and Andy Dean, Gainesville, Cheyenne Meeks and Jay Early, Gainesville, April and Frankie Roper, Jr., Maysville; son, Adam Meeks, Gainesville; sisters and brother in laws, Sherry and Johnny Mulkey, Tina and Benny Garmon, Pam and Dale Edwards; grandchildren, Kolby Roper, Frankie (Bubba) Roper III, Kayley Roper, Donavin Meeks and Cason Dean.
