Mary Ruth Pringle Phillips

Mary Ruth Pringle Phillips, of Cumming, GA passed away on Tuesday, March 4, 2014. Born in Chillicothe, OH, she was preceded in death by her parents, George and Ione Pringle.
Mary was a member of Cumming First United Methodist Church, and sang in the church choir. She created incredibly beautiful banners for the church sanctuary.
She is survived by her husband, Michael Phillips of Cumming, GA; son, Matthew (Danielle) Phillips of Decatur, GA; daughter, Lisa (Donald) Ahmer of Algonquin, IL; daughter, Cheryl (Christopher) Kennedy of Dahlonega, GA; sister, Dorothy Johnson of Barrington, IL; 5 grandchildren, Hannah, Amelia, Michael, Charles, Benjamin; and 2 step-grandchildren, Aria and Ava.
Memorial Services will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, March 9, 2014 in the McDonald & Son Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1:00
