Linda Thomas Newsom

Linda Thomas Newsom, 72, of Buford, GA died on February 27, 2014 at her home. Born in Rome, GA she was the daughter of the late Quinn and Florrie Thomas. Her brothers, Gerry and Wayne Thomas also predeceased her.

A loving mother and grandmother, she will be greatly missed by her family.

Linda is survived by her sons, Alan (Angelica) Newsom of Buford, GA and Brett (Kelli) Newsom of Peachtree Corners, GA; sister, Phyllis (Brent) Danneman of Gainesville, GA; and much loved grandchildren, Brandon, Mikala, Claudia and C.J.

Graveside services will be held at 12:00 pm on Monday, March 3, 2014 at Wax Cemetery in Silver Creek, GA.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Cancer Society/ Relay for Life in Gwinnett County.
