Carmel McEver Blackstock

Funeral services will be held 2:00 pm Saturday February 15, 2014 in Wards Funeral Home Chapel for Mrs. Carmel McEver Blackstock , 92 ,of Talmo, Ga.

Rev. Mark Spence will officiate and burial will be in Talmo Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 12 noon until 2:00 pm.

Mrs. Blackstock passed away February 10, 2014 at N.E Georgia Medical Center.

She was born in Jackson County and was the daughter of the late Claude Elmer McEver and Ruth Williams McEver. She retired from Leece-Neville Company. Mrs. Blackstock was a member of Talmo Baptist Church and was preceded in death by her sister Clara Mae McEver.

She is survived by her loving husband Cecil Blackstock of Talmo and a number of cousins and other relatives.
