Diane Carolyn Shannon Lynn

Mrs. Diane Carolyn Shannon Lynn, age 56 of 151 Richardson Street, Toccoa, Georgia passed away Wednesday, January 29, 2014 at the Northeast Georgia Medical Center.

A daughter of the late Robert and Nell Cochran Shannon, she was born May 11, 1957 in Decatur, Georgia having lived in Loganville for many years and in Toccoa for the past 21 years. She was a homemaker, loved to draw and was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include her husband of the home, Greg Lynn; two daughters, Erica Barnes Brannon and Chelsey Carmen Lynn both of Toccoa; son, Marty Lynn of Grayson, Georgia; nine grandchildren; three brothers, Bill Robert Shannon of Monroe, Georgia, Dan Shannon of Loganville, Georgia and Steve Shannon of Birmingham, Alabama; three sisters, Becky Carfer of Austin, Texas, Kathy Buff of Monroe, Georgia and Jessica Lane of Charleston, South Carolina.

Memorial service will be Saturday, February 1, 1 O'clock PM at Main Street Gospel Church, Lula, Georgia with the Reverend Kenny Dacus officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family, 151 Richardson Street, Toccoa, Georgia.
