Alexander Funeral Home of Cleveland announces the death of Mrs. Mary Octavia Loux, age 77 of Cleveland. Mrs. Loux passed away Friday, January 24, 2014.
The family will receive friends at the residence of Mrs. Loux's daughter, Debra Watson, 226 Starlight Drive, Sautee on Sunday after 12'noon and again at the funeral home on Monday, January, 27, 2014 from 5 to 7 pm.
Mary was born in Hall County on February 24, 1936 to the late Gordon Bell and Bertha Ward Bell. She was the former owner of Titus Cleaning in Gainesville. Following her retirement in 184, she and her late husband, Darrell Loux would answer the call to serve God by founding ManZena Ministries, a non profit ministry which provided food and clothing to the less fortunate.
Mary was a true Christian and this was exemplified in her daily walk. She always had a smile and kind word for those she met along the way and never failed to mention her faith in God and share her testimony.
In additon to her husband, Mary is preceded in death by her sisters,Lucille Kelly and Nell Wilson as well as her brother Lee Bell.
Survivors include her daughter and son in law, Janet and Jeff Head of Gainesville, Debra Watson and Royce Sellers of Sautee; brother, Alex Bell and sister Avis Norris both of Gainesville; grandchildren, Kelly Kanches, Joshua Head, John Watson, Erin Watson, Ashley Ledbetter and Logan Sellers; great grandchildren, Brooke Kanches and Alana Kanches
