Ronald Boyer

Evans Funeral Home announces the death of Mr. Ronald Boyer, 76, of Jefferson, Ga. who passed away Wednesday January 22, 2014.

Mr. Boyer was born in Pilot Point, Texas, a son of the late Lloyd Joseph and Vera Wester Boyer. Mr. Boyer retired from the United Stated Air Force as a Personal Specialist with 25 years of service and 13 years in Civil Service. Mr. Boyer was a member of the F&A Masons in Panama City. Mr. Boyer was a member of Mt. Salem Baptist Church in Flowery Branch, Georgia.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Boyer was preceded in death by his sons, Lloyd Jefferson Boyer, and Michael Steven Boyer, sister, Bobbi Westbrook, and two brothers, Royce Boyer and Gary Boyer.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday January 28, 2014 at 1:00PM at Southerland Family Funeral Home, 100 E 19th St, Panama City, FL 32405 (850) 785-8532 with Rev. Clyde Self officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Memorial Gardens in Panama City, Florida. The family will receive friends on Monday January 27, 2014 from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. at Southerland Family Funeral Home.

Survivors include his wife, Charlotte Ann McVay Boyer, Jefferson, Ga. 2 sons, Ron Boyer, Pennsylvania, and Floyd Boyer, Virginia, Twin Brother, Donald Boyer, Dallas /Fort Worth, Texas, 2 sisters, Dorothy Cox, and Joyce Waggoner, both of Dallas /Fort Worth, Texas, grandchildren, Jason Boyer, Christopher Boyer, Garrett Boyer, Charlee Boyer, Matthew Boyer, Chase Boyer, and Meghan Boyer, Great Grandchild, Kayden Boyer and a number of other relatives.
