Clara H. Kavanaugh

Mrs. Clara H. Kavanaugh, age 84, of Danielsville, GA died Thursday, January 23, 2014 at Peachtree Village. Mrs. Kavanaugh was born in Arlington, VA to the late Clayton E. and Mable Arlene Johnson Holt. She was retired from UGA Diagnostic Lab as a secretary. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Kavanaugh was preceded in death by her husband, Darrell M. Kavanaugh, Sr.

Mrs. Kavanaugh is survived by her son, Darrell Kavanaugh of Danielsville and daughter, Laurie Kavanaugh of Camden, SC; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

A private graveside service will be held at a later date at Trinity Cemetery, Chocowinity, NC. The family request that all flowers be omitted and contributions be made to St. Andrews Sewanee School, 290 Quintard Rd, Sewanee, TN 37375 as well as www.sasweb.org.
