Oscar Pitchford Jr.

Funeral services for Oscar Pitchford Jr. will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, January 22, 2014 in Strickland Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Josh Chatham will officiate. Interment will be in Holly Springs Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Tuesday, January 21, 2014. Mr. Pitchford died January 19, 2014 after an extended illness. He was a member of Holly Springs Baptist Church. He was retired from AMF, where he was a Tool and Die Sitter. He served in the U.S. Army in Korea. Mr. Pitchford is survived by his son, Greg Pitchford, son and daughter in-law, James and Vicki Pitchford, all of Clermont; four grandchildren and three great- grandchildren.
