Camille Smart Ryals

Camille Smart Ryals, age 56, of Demorest, Georgia passed away on Wednesday, January 15, 2014.

Mrs. Ryals was born on June 7, 1957 in Gastonia, North Carolina; daughter of the late John Paul and Virginia Johnson Smart. She was a 1974 graduate of Habersham Central High School and a graduate of North Georgia Technical College. She was a member of Hillside Baptist Church. Mrs. Ryals was selfless and loving; she put everyone else before herself. She loved God deeply and was a disciple for Him her entire life.

Survivors include her loving husband of 37 years, Steve Ryals, Demorest; sons, Michael Ryals, Cornelia; Andrew Ryals, Cornelia; brothers and sisters-in-law, Larry and Cheryl Smart, Phoenix, AZ, Danny and Linda Smart, Alto; granddaughter, Makayla Ryals; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 a.m. Saturday, January 18, 2014 at Whitfield Funeral Home, North Chapel, Demorest, Georgia with Rev. Larry Free and Rev. Tim Scott officiating. Interment will follow in Yonah Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6-8 p.m. on Friday, January 17, 2014.
