Martin (Marty) H. Seltzer

Martin (Marty) H. Seltzer, age 72 of Commerce died Tuesday, January 14, 2014 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center. Mr. Seltzer was born in Los Angeles, CA to the late, S.A. and Frieda Steinberg Seltzer. Mr. Seltzer was a salesperson for Crown Financial, a member of Commerce First United Methodist Church, and a US Army Veteran. In addition to his parents, Mr. Seltzer was also preceded in death by his son, John Seltzer.

Mr. Seltzer is survived by his wife, Annabel Blake Seltzer of Commerce; sons, Charles Seltzer of Baltimore, MD, Gary Seltzer of Akron, OH, Randall Seltzer of Seattle, WA, Bradley Seltzer of Mt. Shasta, CA, and John C. Bostick of Commerce; grandchildren, Hannah Seltzer of Mt. Shasta, CA and Mary Geneieve Stovall of South Lake, TX; sisters, Sylvia Hoagland of Plano, TX and Carla Barrett of Santa Monica, CA.

Memorial service will be held Saturday, Jan. 18 at 11:00 AM from Commerce First United Methodist Church with Dr. David Bowen officiating. The family will receive friends at the church on Saturday from 10-11 AM.
