Eddie Mae Tutman Owens

Eddie Mae Tutman Owens, age 91, of Gainesville passes away Sunday, Jan. 12, 2014, at New Horizons Limestone.

Memorial services are scheduled for Saturday, January 18, 2014 AT 2:00P.M. at St. John Baptist Church, 757 EE Butler Pwy. Gainesville, GA 30501.

Mrs. Owens was born Dec. 5, 1922 in Walton County to the late James Henry and Alma Clark Tutman. She was retired from Field Dale Farms. She loved people, plants, her church, and most of all, she loved God. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Charlie Owens; her son, Thomas Larmarr Lawrence; her brother James Tutman; and her sister, Mamie Lawrence.

She is survived by her niece Willie Bell Gist of Detroit, MI; the family of Janie Moore; and "Special Friends," the family of Frances House; John, Cheryl and Chris Satterfield; and all her friends and caregivers at New Horizons Limestone.
