Funeral services are scheduled for Monnie M. DeVenny, age 87 of Gainesville at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, January 15, 2014 at Concord Baptist Church. Visitation will be Tuesday, January 14, 2014 from 4-8 p.m. at the funeral home. The Rev. James Dollar will officiate. Flowers will be accepted or donations can be made to Concord Baptist Church

Mrs. DeVenny died Sunday, January 12, 2014 at her residence. She was a member of Concord Baptist Church. She is survived by her son and daughter in-law, Dave and Judy DeVenny of Gainesville; sister, Margaret Cox,two brothers, George and Douglas Sinquefield and two grandchildren.
