Ruth Snyder Bramlett

Ruth Snyder Bramlett, age 88, of Cornelia, Georgia, passed away on Saturday, January 11, 2014, following an extended illness.

Mrs. Bramlett was born on December 23, 1925 in Franklin, North Carolina; daughter of the late Odell and Cora Phillips Snyder. She was also preceded in death by her husband, James Tolbert Bramlett, Sr.; she was the last surviving member of her siblings. Mrs. Bramlett was of the Baptist faith and was retired from Ethicon with 35 years of loyal and dedicated service.

Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Jimmy and Delores Bramlett, Winder; son, Mike Bramlett, Sr., Cornelia; grandchildren and spouses, Michael Odell Bramlett, Jr. and Leah, Becky Bramlett Smith and Shane; great-grandchildren, Gunnar Bramlett, Sophie Bramlett, Ruger Bramlett, Kayla Smith and Brantley Smith.

Graveside services are scheduled for 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 15, 2014 at Yonah Memorial Gardens, Demorest, Georgia with Mr. James T. Bramlett, Jr. officiating.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, January 15, 2014 at Whitfield Funeral Home, North Chapel, Demorest, Georgia.
