Wayne Roger Smallwood

Mr. Wayne Roger Smallwood, 63, of Lula, passed away on Wednesday, January 1, 2014.

Born in Flowery Branch Ga on June 9, 1950, he was the son of the late Eleck and Pearl Souther Smallwood. Mr. Smallwood was a retired electrician for Dodgen Electric.

In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his brother, James Smallwood and sisters, Joyce Marlar and Mary Coggins.

Mr. Smallwood is survived by his wife, Judy Smallwood of Lula; son and daughter in law, Rodney and Sherry Smallwood of Flowery Branch; daughter and son in law, Tammy and Joe Howard of Flowery Branch; step-children, TJ Watkins, David Watkins, Lynn Watkins; sisters and brothers in law, Carolyn and Leon Bagwell of Buford, Vicki and Tony Hobbs of Jacksonville, FL, Karen and David Roberts of Flowery Branch; brothers Jeff Smallwood, Ricky Smallwood both of Flowery Branch; grandchildren, Megan Smallwood, Taylor Howard, and Hudson Howard; 14 step grandchildren and 3 step-great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 4, 2014 in the Chapel of Little & Davenport Funeral Home. Rev. Ed. Dickens will officiate. Interment will be in Broadlawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at Little & Davenport Funeral Home on Friday, January 3, 2014 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
