Hobert W. Darnell

Hobert W. Darnell, 77, of Dawsonville passed away Tuesday December 31, 2013 at Gold City Convalescent Center following a period of declining health.

Born May 2, 1936 to the late John and Mittie Darnell, he was a lifelong resident of Dawson County. Mr. Darnell was also preceded in death by his sisters, Lucille Whitaker, Lorene Clubb, Lena Wakefield; and brothers, Bob Darnell and Howard Darnell.

At his request, Mr. Darnell was cremated and private memorial services will be held at a later date.
