Johnny Elton Bullard

Mr. Johnny Elton Bullard, age 69, of Parkway Drive, Toccoa, Georgia, passes away Thursday, December 26, 2013 at The Stephens County Hospital..

A son of the late Johnny E. Bullard and Emma Lawrence Bullard Davis, he was born February 6, 1944 in Stephens County, Georgia where he lived for the greater part of his life. He was a veteran of the United States Army having served in the Vietnam War and was a recipient of two Bronze Stars. He was a retired law enforcement officer with the D.O.T., was of the Baptist Faith, and was a member of the V.F.W. Post 4346. He was preceded in death by his sister, Annette Stonell.

He is survived by his wife, Louise Stowe Bullard of the home; daughter, Jodi Bullard of Toccoa; three sons and daughters-in-law, Bryon and Amanda Bullard of Toccoa, Jeff and Amanda Sheriff of Clarkesville, Ga., and Alan and Shannon Sheriff of Eastanollee, Ga.; six grandchildren; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Jerry and Glenda Bullard of Toccoa and Farris and Lorene Bullard of Easley, S.C.; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Evelyn and Raymond Stonell of Greenville, S.C. and Virginia and Horace Murray of Toccoa.
