Michael Allison

Michael "Mike" Andrew Allison, of Dillard, Georgia passed away December 27, 2013 at Angel Medical Center.

Mike better known as "Biggun" was born in Myrtle Creek, Oregon the son of the late Glenn Jack Allison and Mina Gaddis Allison. Mike was a member of Dillard United Methodist Church and sang in the choir. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather who loved life. Mike was a gentle soul who loved every one and every one loved him.

Mike is survived by his wife Katherine Crunkleton Allison of the home; one son Adam Guffey of Cullowhee, NC; one daughter Lee Ann Allison Clemmons of Sylvia, NC; one brother David Allison of Rosman, NC; two sisters Tamera Crisp of Cullowhee, NC, Vickie Queen of Mills River, NC; four grandchildren Bailey Guffey, Landry Guffey, Lane Crunkleton, Kody Crunkleton; a number of brother-in-laws , sister-in laws, nieces and nephews also survive.

The family will receive friends Sunday December 29, 2013 from 4:00 PM until 6:00 PM at Beck Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held 6:00 PM Sunday December 29, 2013 in the chapel of Beck Funeral Home with Rev. Doug Altman and Rev, Doug Volk officiating.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to a charity of choice in memory of Mike Allison.
