Helen Reddish Mathis

Helen Reddish Mathis, age 66, of Carl, GA and formerly of Buford, GA passed away on Tuesday, December 24, 2013.

She was preceded in death by her husband of twenty-one years, Billy Mathis; daughter, Carrie Pool; parents, Everett and Mattie Puckett Reddish; sisters, Carolyn Miller and Bonnie Sue Reddish; and brothers, Donald Reddish, Cline Reddish and Buddy Reddish. She is survived by son, Joel McDonald, Carl, GA; son-in-law, Mike Pool, Auburn, GA; grandchildren, Anthony Atha and Michael Pool; sisters and brother-in-law, Judy Reddish Fox, Arcade, GA, Lois Reddish Oliver, Lawrenceville, GA and Sandra Reddish Braswell and husband, Greg, Sugar Hill, GA; brother, Ray Reddish, Arcade, GA; sister-in-law, Mary Cole Reddish, Buford, GA; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Memorial service will be held on Friday, December 27, 2013 at 3:30 p.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 2:30 p.m. until 3:30 p.m.
