Donald Wilson Bennett

Mr. Donald Wilson Bennett, 72, of Gainesville, Ga. passed away Saturday December 21, 2013.

Born in Dawsonville, Ga on September 20, 1941, he was the son of the late Bill Wilson and Maggie Patterson Bennett. He served in the Air Force during Vietnam. He was a member of Sardis Baptist Church and worked for Oakwood Auto Auction.

He is survived by his sister, Brenda Bennett Ash of Kingsland, GA and nephew, Henry Whelchel Ash, Jr.

A Graveside Service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Thursday December 26, 2013 at Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery in Dawsonville, Ga. Rev. Stephen Davis will officiate. The family will receive friends after the service.
