David Lee Wyant

Mr. David Lee Wyant, age 69, of Buford passed away Monday, December 16, 2013 following an extended illness.


Services will be held at a later date.


Mr. Wyant was born April 12, 1944 to the late Leo & Ester Wyant in Mason City, Iowa. He served in the Navy and was a retired Police Officer from the San Bernadino, California Police Department. Mr. Wyant had also worked with the Waterloo, Iowa Police Department.

Survivors include: wife, Janice Wyant of Buford; sons & daughters-in-law, Mike & Kimberly Wyant of Riverside, California and Aaron & Darla Wyant of Menifee, California; daughter & son-in-law, Debbie & Dave King of Flowery Branch; 9 grandchildren; brothers, Paul Wyant of Folsom, California and Scott Wyant of Iowa; brother & sister-in-law, Steve & Priss Wyant of Colorado; and sister, Florence Gaines of California.
