Annie Ruth Davis Edwards

Annie Ruth Davis Edwards, age 95 of Gainesville, passed away Friday, December 6, 2013 at her residence following an extended illness.

Mrs. Edwards was born March 15, 1918 in Atlanta, Georgia to the late C.C. & Viola Mae Davis. She worked in accounts receivable with Trust Company of Georgia. Mrs. Edwards was preceded in death by her husband, Ted K. Edwards, 3 sisters & 2 brothers.
Mrs. Edwards is survived by 2 children, son & daughter in law, Theodore James & Kathi Edwards of Florida, daughter & son in law, Carol Ann & Ronnie Pilcher of Gainesville; step-son & wife, Theodore M. & Roberta Pulsifer of Warner Robins, who mother loved as her own; 15 grandchildren & many precious great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Monday Dec. 9, 2013 at the Memorial Park Funeral Home Chapel with Chaplain Maitland LaForce officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1-3 & 5-7 Sunday at the funeral home.
