James William Beaver

Mr. James William Beaver, age 72 of 3348 N. Broad River Road, Eastanollee, Georgia passed away Monday, November 25, 2013 at his residence.

A son of the late Waymon James Beaver and Jeanette Martin Sykes, he was born December 23, 1940 in Gwinnett County and was raised in Loganville, Georgia. He lived the greater part of his life in Stephens County. He was a heavy equipment operator for Leonard Sheriff Construction Company and later with Blankenship Construction Company.

Survivors include his wife of the home, Elise Scruggs Beaver; daughters and sons-in-law, Teresa and Gary Moore, Elisha and Tracy Ledford, Anita and Jody Richards, Kimberely and Anthony Scott and Caressa and William Mize; son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Darlene Beaver; eleven grandchildren, Joshua Moore, Rocky Ledford, Allison and Crystal Richards, Brittney and Brian Scott, Candice Tripp, Keri and Devin Beaver, Coty and Zack Ivester ( and grandchildren-in-laws); eight great-grandchildren; brothers and sisters-in-law, David and Frances Beaver, Henry and Debra Duncan, Tommy and Helen Scruggs, Billy and Sue Scruggs, Tootsie Scruggs, Nicky Scruggs and Louise Knight; and a number of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be Saturday, November 30, 2 O'clock PM at the Acree-Davis Funeral Home with Tracy Ledford and Rocky Ledford officiating. The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers, Anthony Scott, Mike Purcell, Devin Beaver, Stevie Purcell, Coty Ivester and Zack Ivester.

The family will be at the home on N. Broad River Road and will receive friends at the Acree-Davis Funeral Home on Friday from 6 PM to 9 PM.

Interment will be on the private property of James Beaver with Acree-Davis Funeral Home in charge of arrangements for Mr. James William Beaver.
