Catherine Virginia Crawford Wall

Catherine Virginia Crawford Wall, age 76, of Clarkesville, Georgia passed away on Thursday, November 21, 2013.



Mrs. Wall was born in Rabun County on May 19, 1937, to the late Prince and Roselee Holcomb Crawford. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Wall, and sister, Thelma Crawford. She was a member of Antioch Baptist Church. Mrs. Wall attended Clarkesville Baptist and Unity Baptist Churches. She was a homemaker.



Survivors include daughter and son-in-law, Dorothy Wall Arrowood and James G. Arrowood, Clarkesville; son and daughter-in-law, David C. and Jody York Wall, Clarkesville; sister and brother-in-law, Virella Crawford and T.J. Guffey, Otto, N.C.; two grandsons, Jason and Christy Arrowood and Casey and Stephanie Arrowood; and five great-grandchildren.



Funeral services are scheduled for 3 p.m. on Sunday, November 24, 2013, at Whitfield Funeral Home, North Chapel, Demorest, Georgia with Rev. Grady Walden and Rev. Wesley Purcell officiating. Interment will follow in the Clarkesville City Cemetery.



The family will receive friends from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Saturday, November 23, 2013, at the funeral home.
