Tracy Lynn Mealor Payne

Mrs. Tracy Lynn Mealor Payne, age 43 of 165 County Farm Road, Toccoa, Georgia passed away Tuesday, November 19, 2013 at the Northeast Georgia Medical Center.

A daughter of Donald and Martha Palmer Mealor, she was born May 26, 1970 in Stephens County, Georgia where she lived all her life. She was employed with Westmoreland Woodworking Company in Eastanollee and was a member of Sunnyside Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by a brother, Donald Edward Mealor.

Survivors include her parents Donald and Martha Mealor of Toccoa; husband of the home, Brad Payne; two sons, Blake Payne and fiancé Meagan Price of Toccoa and Kendall Payne of the home; brother and sister-in-law, Don and Pam Mealor of Eastanollee, Georgia; sister and brother-in-law, Cheryl and Thomas Bolmon of Alto, Georgia; mother-in-law, Ellen Woodall of Toccoa; two sisters-in-law, Kellie Ivester and Tammy Payne; brother-in-law, Buzzy Ivester; step-sister-in-law, Catherine McCroskey; step-mother-in-law, Dale Payne of Toccoa; life long friend, Melissa Westmoreland; and a number of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be Friday, November 22, 2 O'clock PM at Sunnyside Baptist Church with the Reverend John Thomas and the Reverend Roger Elrod officiating. The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers, Don Mealor, Matt Mealor, Chris Beecher, Christopher Ivester, Tommy Allen and Scottie Westmoreland.

The family will be at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Donald Mealor, 273 Northside Drive, Toccoa and will receive friends at the Acree-Davis Funeral Home on Thursday, 2 PM to 4 PM and 6 PM to 8 PM.

Interment will follow in Stephens Memorial Gardens with Acree-Davis Funeral Home in charge of arrangements for Mrs. Tracy Lynn Mealor Payne.
