Timothy Carroll Samples

Timothy Carroll Samples, age 53 of Gainesville, passed away on Tuesday, November 19, 2013 at his residence following an extended illness.


Funeral services are scheduled for Friday, November 22, 2013 at 3:00 pm in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home with interment to follow in Oakwood City Cemetery. Reverend Scott & Dawn McQueen will officiate. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, November 20, 2013 and Thursday, November 21, 2012 from 12:00 noon till 8:00 pm at the funeral home.

Mr. Samples was born December 18, 1959 in Gainesville, Georgia to Gerald Raymond Samples and Mary Lou Brown Samples. He was the owner/operator of a Landscaping Company. Timothy was preceded in death by his father, Gerald Raymond Samples and his brother, Michael Gerald Samples.

Mr. Samples is survived by his mother, Mary Lou Samples of Flowery Branch, brother & sister-in-law, Raymond & Hilda Samples of Oakwood, brother, Danny L. Samples of Flowery Branch, brother & sister-in-law, William Nelson "Bobby" & Gladys Samples of Oakwood, brother, Steven Samples of Flowery Branch and special friends, Jerald Rider, Alice Rider and Amy Rider.
