Carol Tipton Bowden

Carol Tipton Bowden, age 53, of Gainesville, Georgia, formerly of Mt. Airy, Georgia, passed away on Tuesday, November 19, 2013 at her residence.



Ms. Bowden was born on November 7, 1960, in Corpus Christi, Texas; daughter to the late Frank Tipton and Elizabeth Kratzer Tipton, of Mt. Airy. She is also preceded in death by her brother, Robert Tipton and sister-in-law, Wanda Bowden. Ms. Bowden had served as a CNA with Habersham County Medical Center. She was a member of Mt. Carmel Baptist Church in Clarkesville, GA.



Survivors include her daughters, Amy R. Bowden, Gainesville, Stefanie M. Passini, Mt. Airy; sons, Timothy J. Bowden, Mt. Airy, Shawn D. Bowden, Mt. Airy; sisters, Ingrid Ada, Canton, GA, Shirley Qureshi, Phoenix, AZ, Linda Million, Fairview; brothers, Jimmy Tipton, Cedartown, GA, Kenny Tipton, Fairview, and eleven grandchildren.



Graveside service will be held at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, November 20, 2013 at Level Grove Cemetery.



Everyone should meet at the graveside by 3:20 p.m.
