Calvin Cardwell Baker

Mr. Calvin Cardwell Baker age 75 of Sautee-Nacoochee passed away on Thursday November 07, 2013 in a convalescent home in Gainesville, Ga.


Mr.Baker was a co-owner of Baker Auto Parts in Atlanta and a member of U.S. Army Reserve. He served as an advisor to former President Jimmy Carter and was devoted to his church.


He is survived by his wife, Lena Holmes Baker, three children, and four-step children.


Awaiting him at the Rainbow Bridge is his devoted dog, "Cracker".


Funeral services are scheduled for Sunday November 10, 2013 at 4:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home with interment to follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Sunday November 10, 2031 from 3:30-4:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
